Corporate training of employee is one of the focuses of organizations and companies in today's world, aimed at bettering the performances of employees. Different names like human resources development, learning and development has been given to corporate training in the wake of people trying to make organizations embrace it better,

Many people, particularly experts in human development training had argued that the three aspects of corporate training are synonymous. But practitioners have argued also that they are distinct divisions and they are complementary too. Increasing competition among companies is giving more opportunities to human development practitioners, because they want to make profit above others in the market.

Top managers and directors are equipped to facilitate human training in organizations. Business planners need this training most among other line of staff. Getting the participant interested in the training is one of the major job that the trainers will face. Group interests in the organization must be taken into consideration too to foster total benefits of the training and to involve every member of the organization.

By virtue of this training you would need to unlearn old and unrewarding things, and relearn new highly relevant things for you to be relevant. This training is a good tool to appraise the performance of staff in an organization and to motivate those that are committed to their jobs. Many stakeholders have talents which have not been utilized because it was not given opportunities, talent development should be encouraged and done to achieve this. Some organization shy away from talent development training because they cannot afford it, selected top level managers can do the training and teach others too. Even in the wake of downsizing of staff that is prevalent in many organizations today, a well trained staff can retrace his or her step back to relevance and prominence by actualizing what has been received form human development training.

Embracing and accepting talent and human development has taken a long time, but at last many of them have agreed that they need it for overall development. Making talent development together with human development relevance to company's overall goal is important if it must be beneficial to the company involved. This has been happening in the 21st century. Talent and human development has now become paramount is this failing economy which has not help many organizations achieve their goals, only adequate training of staff can salvage the situation.

To train the staff is not as important as allowing them to utilize the knowledge gain, personal preference, especially from the superiors should not be allowed to override overall company's goal. Every aspect of the organizational structure and program must reflect in development training of staff to make them realize that it is also part of their company's program. Escalating training budget may be seen as obstacle by organizations' decision makers in the wake of other expenses they have to incur in their day to day activities and human resources challenges has made integration of development training difficult.
